According to sieve analysis and specific gravity of aggregate test results concrete design of high dosage of cement and water-cement ratio of 0.25 is made in the computer environment This layer is for freeze-thaw, durability and aesthetics

Coloured product design is made with paint. The used paint is a granule paint whose lowering strength property is minimum is not harmful to human health and has nonpolluting paint pellets. Reisistance to the colour of light is controlled by experiments.
