Recruitment stages ( personnel selection and placement ) depends on specific rules in our firm that has brought institutionalization to a certain point.

For recruitment first of all such a need should arise.

Personnel Need;

• There should be an existing vacant position ( because of turnover a staff, promotion, rotation etc..)
• The increasing of workload at the department
• Opening a new position at work

In our firm recruitment is not only done by a single method. What type of position for which case and what kind of selection method is going to be used is determined by rules. The criteria affecting the selection methods are;

• The number, quality and urgency of personnel need
• The appropriateness of method and expenditure
• The staff’s presence, quality that will be used for selection

Coordination of Human Resources take into account the personnel request form and the information on the business profile and determines the appropriate selection methods related with personnel selection rules. In this selection method which personnel resources will be applied and which ways should be used to provide candidates is determined. In recruitment one of the following methods are used:

• If there are suitable candidates within the company, an internal transfer can be done as promotion or rotation
• It can be benefied from the pool that is formed by previously application forms
• By advertising via internet
• By advertising in newspapers
