İnci Group is one of the biggest, dynamic and respectable institutions in Sakarya city. While our group is obtaining employement to our city with its petrol stations, restaurant and convenience food management, construction commitment works, insurance agency, mineral oil regional distributorship, parquet production facility, stone quarries and ready-mixed concrete stations it continues its investment for Sakarya that will be future’s attraction center.

Our group’s concept is to convert our incomes that were obtained from our country to our country’s people. We are continuing our business everywhere we can produce value: in Hendek, Adapazarı, Karasu, Geyve, Pamukova, Düzce…

We are a big family that extends with our personnel, customers, sellers and mutual fund. We are continuing our business being open for improvements, observant of customs and by considering mutual gain in relationships. In order to represent better in  tomorrow’s competitive world in Turkey , as Inci Group we become aware of the importance of our business. Our target is not limited only to increase our regional competiton power. That is why we are improving by establishing a partnership with worldwide companies like Lafarge.

We are a dynamic family that follows the economical, social and political changes and improvements, improves his personnel for financial, strategical, technological and regional sources, has the concept of “ total quality management”. Continuous training is a extension of this concept. For this purpose our personnel performance is continuously improved with inner and outer tranings. Inci Group  carried out all these works in  a very short time period of 15 years since it has been established.
